It is used for anti-rust coating on the surface of machines, equipment and various traffic vehicles that cannot be baked.

(2) Construction requirements:

Recommended coating number: two, dry film 60-80um.

Paint for the back: acrylic topcoat of various colors.

Surface treatment: General anti-corrosion engineering of new steel structure surface or steel structure maintenance, can use manual rust or manual mechanical rust standard St2 or St3. The surface of the substrate after pickling passivation should be neutral, and the primer should be applied within 12 hours after rust removal to avoid secondary rust.

Construction conditions: substrate temperature must be above 3℃ dew point temperature. The relative humidity is not more than 85%.
