1.  Product characteristics.

The paint is made of methacrylic acid and its fat copolymer resin, various colors of weather-resistant pigments, additives and organic solvents, etc. It has the characteristics of fast drying, flat and bright, not easy to chalking and cracking, and has good gloss, adhesion and good weather resistance.

2. Usage instructions.

(1) Uses.

Mainly used for the painting of machines, equipment and various traffic vehicles that cannot be baked.

(2) Construction requirements.

Recommended number of coats: two coats, dry film 60-80μm.

Pre-painting: Acrylic primer

Surface treatment: remove rust and oil dust from the surface of the painted object, the surface should be clean to ensure the excellent performance of weathering, water resistance, gloss and adhesion of the paint film.

Construction conditions: The temperature of the substrate shall be higher than the dew point temperature by more than 3℃. Relative humidity is not more than 85%.

3. Caution.

In order to increase the durability of the paint film, each spray layer, dry at room temperature for 1h, then spray the second layer. In the place of high humidity construction, if you find that the paint film is white, you can add F-1 moisture-proof agent to adjust. Special thinner must be used, not mixed with different varieties of paint to avoid quality defects. The painting operation should be well ventilated and fireproof. Storage period is one year.
