Product characteristics.

The paint consists of polyvinyl butyral resin dissolved in alcohol solvents, with anti-rust pigment grinding, and separately packaged phosphating solution in a certain proportion to match. Mainly as a surface treatment agent for non-ferrous and ferrous metal base layer, can play a phosphating effect, can increase the adhesion of organic coatings and metal surfaces.

Usage instructions.

(1) Uses.

The paint is suitable for coating the surface of various ships, floats, bridges, instruments and other various metal components and appliances.

(2) Construction requirements.

The surface of the object to be painted must be rust, oil and moisture removed first, preferably by sandblasting. Stir the primer evenly, if it is not easy to stir well due to the pigment precipitation, pour out the upper layer of paint, stir the precipitated pigment and the remaining little paint evenly, then gradually add the paint and stir the primer evenly. Stir the primer into a non-metallic container, stirring while slowly adding the proportional amount of phosphate solution, plus after, placed 15 to 30min after use, and need to be used up within 12h, placed too long easy to gelling, can not be used. The paint is packaged in two, the use of two parts must be mixed evenly before the weight ratio of the two for each 4 parts of primer plus 1 part of phosphate.

Construction can be brushed or sprayed, the film thickness of 8 to 12µm is appropriate, too thick is less effective, construction, such as paint is too thick, can not add more phosphate, you can add 3 parts of ethanol (more than 96%) and 1 part of the mixture of butanol dilution, ethanol, butanol water content can not be too large, otherwise it will make the film white, affecting the use of the effect.

The construction environment should be dry, such as humidity is too high, easily cause the film whitening, affect the film adhesion and use effect, the ambient temperature should be 10 ℃ or more. The paint film can be coated with other anti-rust paint, primer and topcoat after 2h, and it can be self-dried or dried.

Caution.

Ventilation and fire prevention measures should be done during the painting operation. Store in a ventilated and dry warehouse, prevent from sunlight, isolate the fire source and keep away from heat source; try to cool down when the temperature is high in summer. Storage period is one year.
